The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is how the NHS sends prescriptions digitally from your GP to your pharmacy. When you nominate Brighton Hill — via Pharmappy or the NHS App — every script your GP issues lands in our system within minutes.
Switching from another pharmacy is just as easy — your previous nomination is replaced automatically. There's nothing to cancel.

Pharmappy is the app we use to manage your repeat prescriptions — order, track and get reminders, all from your phone. It connects to the NHS Spine so when your GP issues a script, it lands straight with us. Free to download for iOS and Android, or use it on the web.
Typically 48 working hours from the moment your GP issues it on EPS. If the item is in stock we can often turn it round same-day; if it isn't, we order it in (usually next-day delivery).
Yes — many of our patients order for elderly parents, partners or children. Bring/give us their name, date of birth and the medication, and we'll do the rest.
Yes — free local delivery across Basingstoke for elderly and housebound patients. Just let us know when you order and we'll arrange it.
